These Terms govern your use of K-CUP ("the Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The service

K-CUP provides a free web game in the "K-pop ideal type tournament" format. No registration or payment is required. The Site may display advertising.

2. User responsibilities

• You will use the Site for lawful purposes only.
• Automated abuse (bots, scrapers, denial-of-service) is prohibited.
• You will not interfere with the Site's normal operation (e.g., injecting malicious scripts).

3. Content sources & disclaimer

All candidate photos on the Site are sourced from Wikimedia Commons under Creative Commons (CC BY, CC BY-SA) or public-domain licences. CC attribution and license terms are consolidated on the credits page. Corrections or takedown requests can be sent to the contact address below.

The Site has no affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement relationship with any K-pop entertainment company, agency, artist, or official fandom organization. Idol names appear purely for identification.

4. Disclaimer of warranty

The Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The operator is not liable for:

• Outages, errors, or security incidents affecting the Site;
• Impact from third-party services (Wikimedia, Cloudflare, Google Fonts, etc.) becoming unavailable;
• Decisions or actions you take based on Site usage.

5. Intellectual property

The Site's design, code, and original text are copyrighted by the operator. Candidate photos remain under their respective Wikimedia Commons licences. Personal, non-commercial sharing of Site content is permitted.

6. Advertising

The Site may display ads via third-party networks such as Google AdSense to cover operating costs. The operator is not responsible for the content of, or transactions arising from, sites you reach via these ads.

7. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be resolved in the court of the operator's primary residence in first instance.
